Consent to Personal Data Distribution

1. General Provisions

This Consent governs the distribution and transfer of the User's personal data (the "User") to third parties in connection with the operation of the HSE DAYS platform (the "Platform").

The data controller is HSE DAYS (the "Operator"). Consent is provided voluntarily, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

2. Categories of Data Transferred

Under this Consent, the Operator may transfer the following categories of personal data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic
• Contact information: email, phone number
• Professional data: company, position, industry
• Information about participation in events

3. Purposes of Transfer

• Organising the User's participation in Platform events
• Arranging logistics: transfer, accommodation, catering
• Issuing badges and passes at event venues
• Coordinating with speakers, partners, and contractors

4. Third-Party Recipients

The Operator transfers data to the following categories of third parties:

• Event venues: for access control and registration
• Transport companies: for transfer arrangements
• Hotels: for accommodation booking
• Sponsor partners: for declared joint activities (subject to a separate consent)

5. Conditions of Transfer

Data is transferred under the following conditions:

• Only data strictly necessary for the declared purpose is transferred (minimisation principle)
• Each third party is bound to maintain data confidentiality
• Transfers are formalised through data processing agreements with third parties
• Cross-border transfers occur only with the User's additional consent

6. Duration of Consent

This Consent remains in force from the moment it is granted until:

• Withdrawal by the User (see Section 7)
• Deletion of the User's account on the Platform
• Expiry of periods established by law

7. Withdrawal of Consent

The User may withdraw this Consent at any time through:

• Account settings on the Platform
• A written notice sent to privacy@hsedays.com

Withdrawal of Consent may result in the inability to participate in specific events that require transferring data to third parties.

8. Your Rights

• Access: request the list of third parties to whom your data was transferred
• Rectification: require correction of inaccurate data held by recipients
• Erasure: require deletion of data held by third parties upon withdrawal of consent
• Complaint: lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority
