Unsubscribing from marketing newsletters does not affect transactional notifications required for Platform operation.
Email addresses used for newsletters are processed by the Operator and the email delivery service, with which a data protection agreement is in place. The Operator does not transfer contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
The email address is retained until the User unsubscribes or deletes their account. Email delivery logs (delivery status, opens, clicks) are retained for up to 12 months for analytics and compliance purposes.
