The Site is strictly for professional users aged 18 and older. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, professional title, corporate affiliation, and industry sector. You bear sole responsibility for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your Personal Cabinet. We reserve the right to verify your data at any time and may suspend or block accounts that provide misleading information or violate these Terms.
Access to expanded functionality, specifically including the Library of Best Practices and other exclusive Content, is subject to a paid Subscription. By activating a Subscription, you authorize HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC to initiate Recurring Payments – automatic charges from your designated payment method for each subsequent period (auto-renewal) without further action required from you. All payments are non-refundable due to the immediate digital nature of the Content access. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
You authorize HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC to store your payment method and to automatically charge it at the start of each renewal term at the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
By submitting, posting, or presenting any materials on the Site or during our events (including articles, methodologies, presentations, checklists, and speaking engagements), you hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC all exclusive rights, title, and interest in and to such materials in their entirety, worldwide and in perpetuity. You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to grant this assignment and shall indemnify us against any third-party intellectual property claims. To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree never to assert any "moral rights" or other rights of authorship.
By participating in any HSE DAYS events, webinars, or interviews, you provide unconditional and irrevocable consent to be photographed and recorded (audio and video). You grant us the perpetual right to use your name, image, voice, and professional attributes in connection with the Library of Best Practices, promotional materials, and analytical reports. This consent is irrevocable in relation to any materials already produced, published, or currently in production (e.g., edited videos, printed rankings). We are not obligated to remove your image or data from previously published archival materials even upon withdrawal of consent for future use.
Our Services include AI-driven tools for translation, summarization, and response generation, which operate via machine learning without human pre-moderation. You acknowledge that AI Services may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results, including factual errors or "hallucinations". HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, legal validity, or technical precision of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained via AI before relying on it for managerial, technical, or safety-critical decisions.
Benchmarking results are generated based on aggregated, de-identified data provided by other Users or public sources. We do not conduct a comprehensive audit of third-party primary data and do not guarantee its absolute reliability. Benchmarking reports are for informational purposes only, do not constitute industry standards, and your use of such data is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, or loss of safety-critical data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. The adoption of any managerial, technical, or personnel decisions based on the materials found on the Site is the sole prerogative and risk of the User.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to a mandatory 30-day good-faith negotiation period. If unresolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
YOU AND HSE DAYS GLOBAL LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The parties recognize the legal validity of electronic communications and notifications (including those in the Personal Cabinet) as equivalent to signed paper documents.
