Group Enrollment Open for the Seminar "Comprehensive Competence Development for AI Implementation in HSE"
From February 16 to 18, 2026, Moscow will host an in-person seminar entitled "Comprehensive Competence Development for Implementing Artificial Intelligence in Production Safety". Participants will study practical aspects of integrating domestic software, including GigaChat, YandexGPT, Sherpa RPA, and InsightStream, into occupational health and safety, industrial, and environmental safety management systems. The program was developed with the participation of MIPT experts for managers and specialists in occupational health and safety and industrial safety, risk management, and production digitalization.
Winners of the HSE TOP 100 Rating Announced
In Moscow, at the VI Annual Forum HSE DAYS, the results of the anniversary season of the national rating HSE TOP 100 in the field of occupational safety were summarized. The material presents a list of finalists and winners of 2025, selected from 227 candidates for the implementation of innovative practices and a high level of expertise. Frontline Leaders: Absolute Honesty Standard and HSE AI Revolution Launched at HSE DAYS Forum
At the 6th Annual HSE DAYS Forum in Moscow, over 350 delegates from major industrial holdings discussed key issues of corporate risk management and safety culture. Session participants examined the issue of open dialogue between top management and owners regarding technical and operational risks, as well as practices for the systematic implementation of artificial intelligence. Assessing the Impact of Psychophysiological Factors on Occupational Injuries
The Occupational Health and Safety Research Center of FSBI "VNII Truda" has launched a research project to assess the impact of psychophysiological factors on occupational injuries. As part of the project, an anonymous survey of workers in various professions is being conducted until July 15, 2025. The collected data will help obtain an objective picture of psychophysiological risks and develop practical recommendations for reducing injuries.
HSE DAYS Workshop: Safety at the Top Again!
From April 3 to 5, 2025, the 3rd Annual HSE DAYS Workshop took place in Krasnaya Polyana, bringing together more than 100 participants from the country's largest companies. Participants attended masterclasses and, for the first time, created their own AI assistants in Telegram in 2 hours for dynamic occupational risk assessment. Enrollment Open for the "Leadership 2.0. Skills of the Future" Training
The HSE DAYS Academy has opened enrollment for the in-person training course "Leadership 2.0. Skills of the Future", which will take place on March 3–4, 2025, in Moscow. Participants will be able to practice key leadership skills, learn to effectively manage teams, and develop a personal brand under the guidance of an experienced mentor and experts. The program is an enhanced version of Tatiana Borisova's author course and is limited to 20 seats to ensure comfortable practical work.
Winners of the HSE TOP 100 Rating Announced
In Moscow, at the 5th Annual Forum HSE DAYS, the results of the 2024 HSE TOP 100 occupational safety rating were summarized, and 45 out of 59 finalists were awarded. This year, the organizers updated the competition format, launching the "Rising Star" nomination for specialists with 3 to 6 years of experience and dividing participants by length of service. Results of the V Annual HSE DAYS Forum
The fifth anniversary HSE DAYS forum brought together more than 500 participants and 76 speakers to discuss key issues of industrial safety, environmental safety, and risk management in industry. During the sessions, executives of major companies, experts, and government representatives exchanged practical experience on increasing labor productivity and reducing workplace injuries at enterprises. Registration Open for the Kuzbass Safety Culture Forum
On October 15–16, Kemerovo will host the Kuzbass Safety Culture Forum, organized by the international project HSE DAYS and KAO AZOT. The event program includes presentations, workshops, and an industrial site visit, where participants will be able to learn about practical experience in implementing electronic work permits and operating an occupational health and safety dispatch center. The event offers two days of work and networking with experts to study practical case studies, risk management, and the digitalization of industrial safety.
Enrollment Open for the Summer Trainer School
HSE DAYS Academy has opened enrollment for its summer trainer school — a four-day in-person bootcamp in the city of Vidnoye, aimed at combining hard and soft skills in the HSE field. During the learning process, participants will master the methodology of creating trainings, practice audience attention management skills, and develop an MVP version of their own program for final defense to receive a certificate. The program is designed for occupational health and safety experts and future instructors of the academy who plan to develop trainer competencies and scale their expertise.
