Group Enrollment Open for the Seminar "Comprehensive Competence Development for AI Implementation in HSE"
From February 16 to 18, 2026, the seminar "Comprehensive Competence Development for AI Implementation in HSE" will be held in Moscow.
Program objective: to form a systematic understanding of AI transformation in HSE, study working tools and practical skills for implementing AI technologies, automating processes, and building a modern safety culture.
The content of the program was developed with the involvement of the MIPT expert community and specialized technological organizations. The program includes studying the applied aspects of integrating domestic software (GigaChat, YandexGPT, Sherpa RPA, InsightStream) into occupational health, industrial, and environmental safety management systems.
The program will cover the following topics:

forming a digital transformation strategy and AI implementation roadmaps for 2026 – 2027;

building risk-oriented management systems using predictive analytics tools;

automation and robotization (RPA) of operational processes to increase labor productivity;

using vector databases and neural networks to process technical documentation and arrays of regulatory legal acts;

developing managerial competencies in the context of production digitalization.
Target audience:
- HSE directors and managers;
- occupational health, industrial safety, and risk management specialists;
- heads of departments involved in operational management;
- specialists responsible for digitalization, automation, and technology implementation.

Program duration: 24 hours (3 days, 8 hours each) including breaks.
