The HSE DAYS Forum, held on December 8-9, 2021, at the Moscow City venue, brought together over 200 (in-person) and over 150 (online) HSE executives and interested top managers of industrial companies from Russia and Kazakhstan, recognized as leaders in their respective industries: metallurgy, oil and gas production, oil refining and petrochemicals, energy, nuclear, food industry, and others.
The Forum allowed participants to get acquainted with successful cases of implementing advanced HSE solutions in the following areas: Leadership and Safety Culture, Risks and Safety, Digital Transformation, Goals and Systematization, Qualification and Motivation. The presentations were delivered by heads of HSE functions, so the forum guests had the opportunity to receive reliable and objective information, without advertising and marketing tricks.
HSE DAYS introduced a new activity format to the event market – mastermind sessions, during which participants were able not only to work through current tasks with professionals from other companies but also to establish interpersonal contacts and identify promising points of cooperation. Within the framework of four Mastermind sessions, problems were analyzed in the areas of: HSE Risk Management, Budgeting of HSE Activities, HSE Contractor Management, and Employee Safety Training. The sessions were moderated by highly qualified experts from SIBUR, KPMG, and Deloitte.
A key success factor for effective management of the HSE agenda is the personal leadership of the company's top executive, and the Forum featured a session titled "Top Executives on the Main Issues," during which government officials and top managers of industrial companies shared their vision of the problems and ways to develop HSE management tools.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexey Besprozvannykh spoke during the session, where he also conveyed greetings from Minister Denis Manturov: "Every year, more and more Russian industrial companies come to the understanding that production safety is the key to uninterrupted operation, financial stability of the business, investment attractiveness, as well as competitiveness in the labor market."

The INK team performed covers and original songs "Remember, Friend", "Safety", "Prayer", "Volunteer", and the entire concert lasted about two hours.
