The pilot webinar for this module is scheduled for October 11 and will feature a combination of theory and practice during the broadcast.
The instructor for this module is Elena Zelentsova, HSE Training Programs Development Project Manager and Lead IMS Auditor at NLMK PJSC.
The course program includes:
- Studying the audit structure and its differences from inspections and checks
- Developing a checklist that includes data analysis, interviews, and on-site observations
- Defining the scale and assessment indicators, including behavioral ones
- Preparing a roadmap and calculating the relevant number of interviewers
- Practical work on questionnaires to minimize data processing time and prepare audit result reports
