On June 11, the first HSE DAYS club event of Season V took place at Zarubezhneft.
The event was attended by more than 20 HSE managers from the oil and gas, mining, metallurgical, and chemical industries. Participants included employees from subsidiaries of Zarubezhneft, Atlas Mining, Mechel, EuroChem, Novabev Group, OFS Technologies, Gazpromneft-Geo, Cordiant, and others.
Ivan Drepin from Atlas Mining emphasized: "Right from the threshold, it became clear that you are in an organization with a high level of safety culture. I was impressed by the Operational Monitoring Center, where the company's digital tools were presented in an interactive format."
Zarubezhneft introduced the participants to its history, values, and industrial safety management system. An important part of the program was the NESTRO HSE GAMES safety business games, among which HSE-PUZZLES and INFO-SIGNS stood out. These games are the company's own development, and they ensured a high level of engagement and team interaction.
Colleagues from the Production Department conducted a tour of the Operational Monitoring Center, where they demonstrated control over production facilities, including the company's foreign assets.
At the end of the event, a reception was held in honor of the fifth anniversary of the HSE DAYS project. Project founder Andrey Prokopenko noted: "I am glad that we celebrated the anniversary with our reliable partner, who has supported the project since its inception. I want to thank the Zarubezhneft team for the highest level of organization. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail – they even provided prizes for the winners of the business games."
This event was an excellent start to the series of HSE DAYS club events. The next club event will take place in Moscow in the second half of July. Stay tuned for project news.
