HSE DAYS Workshop: Safety at the Top Again!

From April 3 to 5, 2025, the III Annual HSE DAYS Workshop took place in Krasnaya Polyana — an event that once again proved that safety unites the best.

More than 100 participants from the country's largest companies — Rosatom, Russian Railways (RZD), Zarubezhneft, Tatneft, EuroChem, Nornickel, SUEK, Lukoil, Rusal, and others — gathered to learn, get inspired, and support each other in a field where there are no random people.

This time, the program was the most intensive in the history of the Workshop. Master classes, workshops, and unconventional cases from leading experts helped to boost not only important but also forward-looking skills. For instance, on the second day, participants created their own AI assistants in Telegram for dynamic occupational risk assessment in just 2 hours for the first time — proving that they are ready for the future right now.

Project founder Andrey Prokopenko emphasized the importance of the event in current conditions:

"In the current geopolitical situation, there is a great temptation to give up and lower the bar, citing the difficulties of life. Our Workshop is an impulse and a boost of inspiration that helps managers gain confidence, find inspiration, and discover arguments to continue developing safety even in difficult times."
