HSE DAYS Season IV is Open!
The season opening was as grand an event as the organizer's plans for Season IV. Over the course of two days, participants worked hard both intellectually and physically, and on the third day, they made a group ski descent with HSE DAYS flags.
During the workshop, participants were able to:
- Receive the book "3D Safety" with autographs and personal wishes from the authors;
- Test the self-assessment methodology for the HSE management system;
- Take part in 10 different mastermind session programs;
- Learn how to provide first aid for sudden cardiac arrest;
- Complete a scenic snowshoe route in the mountains;
- Learn how to rescue a person from an avalanche;
- Climb to the top of the Caucasian ridge at 2,200 meters;
- Visit the 4 Elements mountain wellness complex.
Among the key directions for the new season announced by the organizer were:
- Development of assessment and self-assessment tools in the HSE field;
- Creation of company profiles and benchmarking tools on the HSE DAYS platform;
- Development of the CEO club;
- Complete update of the mobile and web platforms.
In addition, the presented book "3D Safety" has been spun off into a separate area of work. It has become a living tool that will be supplemented with theory and practice by new authors who wish to share their experience with the professional community.
The key theme of the online broadcast was the leadership of top executives. The session was opened by NLMK HSE Director Pavel Zakharov, after which personal commitment to safety was demonstrated by INK-Capital CEO Marina Sedykh and VMU CEO Dmitry Trushkov. At the end of the session, parting words were given by Alexey Matushansky, Director of the Strategic Development and Corporate Policy Department of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
