Enrollment Open for the Summer Trainer School
The HSE DAYS Academy invites you to immerse yourself in 4 intensive days of training, where essential hard and soft skills are developed and combined in a new HSE direction – the trainer profession.
What awaits you? A real bootcamp where we will fully focus on learning and practicing the acquired knowledge. After daytime classes, we will have additional electives from guest experts and informal networking with colleagues from leading Russian companies.
At the trainer school you will:
- Build and create your own training program using the HSE training creation methodology
- Boost your training skills
- Learn to manage the attention, emotions, meanings, motives, and awareness of training participants
- Practice methods for handling participant resistance
- Discover your own training style for working with a group
Training format:
- A series of fully immersive in-person training sessions
- Evening electives and master classes from experts
- Homework assignments during the learning process
Assessment format:
- Final assessment in the form of defending your future training program
- A certificate is awarded upon successful defense of your work
Training outcome for you:
You will create an MVP version of your own program, breathing your ideas and expertise into it, enriching it with training activities and personal touches.

- HSE experts interested in mastering training competencies in HSE
