Registration is open for the mastermind session "Industrial Risk Management".

A mastermind session is a group work format for participants with a similar level of competencies, professional goals, and interests. The objective of the mastermind is to develop a solution for each participant's request.

On October 26, 2022, a mastermind session will be held in an online format, where participants will be able to:

✅ Share the difficulties and barriers that arise during the establishment and implementation of the industrial safety risk management process in the company;

✅ Analyze the steps of the industrial risk management process (from risk identification to the development of measures and monitoring), identify areas for its improvement, and effectively distribute the roles and responsibilities of those involved in the process;

✅ Discuss the best practices of participants in the field of industrial risk management and learn how they can be applied at the enterprise;

✅ Share experience in applying industrial risk management tools and discuss the specifics of their implementation;

✅ Identify key tasks for themselves to work on and complete by the next mastermind session, as well as form a long-term personal plan to achieve their goals;

✅ Exchange contacts with session participants for further experience sharing and obtaining expert support.

The session is moderated by experts from DRT JSC, who have extensive experience in implementing risk management projects in the field of industrial safety for the largest Russian and international companies in the real sector, including the implementation of highly specialized tasks in this area.
