In this article, we discuss the importance of CSR projects in ensuring safety and spreading a Safety Culture throughout society. Nowadays, obtaining information on safe behavior is becoming a key aspect, and employers play a significant role here by actively participating in the creation and development of CSR projects.
CSR projects serve as an important channel for transmitting safety culture, where company employees are not only recipients of information but also its carriers, spreading safe practices within their families and communities. (see Fig. 1)
