Given the abundance of machinery and equipment, in 2022, the safety standard BU No. ST-O-BU-07 — Isolation of Energy Sources was purposefully introduced into technological processes over six months. The purchase of various devices allowing the lockout of absolutely any energy supply was organized. Heads of structural units developed isolation maps that clearly define areas of responsibility and prevent erroneous actions. Isolation maps contain information about energy types and specify which device and at what frequency the lockout and unlocking of mechanisms occur. All employees of the enterprise underwent training to an extent corresponding to their role in this system.
