In its operations, our company adheres to the principle of social responsibility, which involves creating decent working conditions, ensuring environmental safety, and preserving cultural heritage. Our priority tasks in fulfilling this principle are ensuring safe working conditions for employees, protecting the health of personnel and the public, and maintaining a favorable environment based on the use of the best available technologies. The legislative framework regulating these areas is distributed across various ministries and departments and includes hundreds of regulatory documents. At the same time, there are a number of safe behavior rules that remain unchanged over the years.
To help our employees quickly find the necessary information and facilitate the process of acquiring knowledge from a vast volume of regulatory documents, we proposed providing a fast and accessible source of information based on legislation and local regulations — the Employee Safety Guide. This is a single document containing general industrial safety and HSE requirements for every employee, which has ultimately become a handbook on general industrial safety and HSE requirements for everyone — from operators to specialists and managers. The Employee Safety Guide is tailored as closely as possible to the professions and positions of the company's employees and is aimed at assisting with general safety requirements. The guide was developed by a team of company employees who coordinate activities and monitor compliance with industrial safety, HSE, and environmental requirements in the company's structural units, and 350 copies were printed. As the employees themselves note:
- The Employee Safety Guide is a very convenient tool for both daily use and self-preparation for exams.
