Registration Open for the Mastermind Session "Effective Approach to Contractor Management"

In 2021, HSE DAYS brought a completely new format to the HSE sphere – the mastermind. The first sessions were held at the annual HSE DAYS forum in December 2021. The format exceeded the organizer's expectations and caused genuine delight among the participants, which they have already shared at the opening of Season III.

A mastermind session is a format of group work for participants with a similar level of competencies, professional goals, and interests. The goal of a mastermind is to develop a solution for each participant's request.

The distinctive features of a mastermind are:

• A three-stage event structure involving introductions, resolving requests, and summarizing results;
• Strict confidentiality – discussions within the group are not taken outside its boundaries;
• Strict timing and the presence of a competent moderator – conversations on unrelated topics are stopped by the moderator.

The mastermind format allows you not only to solve current tasks but also to track your own progress in solving the set task and make important adjustments to the action plan.

Therefore, in Season III of HSE DAYS, mastermind sessions have become regular – a number of intermediate sessions are held throughout the year, and the general session will take place at the annual forum in Moscow on December 7 – 8.

On August 23, 2022, an in-person mastermind session "Effective Approach to Contractor Management" will take place.

The session is moderated by experts from DRT JSC, who have extensive practical experience in the field of occupational health and safety, including experience in diagnostics and comprehensive implementation of contractor management systems and the execution of highly specialized tasks in this area.

Registration for participation in the session is done through your personal manager. Participation is available for Club premium residents; for participants on other plans, an upgrade to Club premium is available for an additional fee.
