To successfully perform tasks in all fields of activity, it is necessary not only to possess theoretical knowledge but also to be able to apply it in practice. This includes the areas of HSE, industrial safety, and fire safety.
A Quest Room is a platform for conducting practical skill assessments for line managers and middle management, aimed at increasing their competence in HSE and safety management. In this scenario, the examinee acts as an inspector checking compliance with state regulatory requirements at the provided facility.
The skill assessment platform consists of a set of objects containing artificially created violations. All objects are divided into four categories: equipment, tools, documentation, and general violations.
Route Maps and Route Sheets have been developed for the assessment process.
A Route Map is a diagram of the Quest Room, marking the objects to be inspected and indicating the sequence for visiting them. Route Maps are available in several versions, each containing a specific set of objects corresponding to the examinee's specific field of activity.
Examinees receive a briefing on the skill assessment process and are provided with the necessary materials.
As part of the skill check, it is necessary to go through the objects indicated in the Route Map and fill out the Route Sheet, recording all discovered non-conformities (violations). Upon completion of the check, the materials are handed over to an observer.
The observer analyzes the results of the assessment:
