About me
I have progressed from a shift maintenance fitter and process operator to Head of Production and Deputy Director for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Industrial Safety at JSC BSK, part of JSC Roskhim. I have been working in the industry for over 20 years.I know production from various angles: I did hands-on work, managed a shift, a workshop, and a production facility, and was engaged in the development and reconstruction of production sites. I managed teams of up to 600 people. This experience helps me see the connection between technology, equipment condition, work organization, and the safety of people.I hold two higher engineering degrees. In 2025–2026 — studying at the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration and Management under the President of the Russian Federation (BAGSU) taking the "Strategic Management" course. I took part in the HSE DAYS training "Comprehensive development of competencies for the implementation of artificial intelligence in the field of occupational safety".Today, I combine production expertise with the practical application of AI. On my own initiative, I develop digital tools for analyzing OHS and Industrial Safety indicators and accidents, controlling PPE issuance, line walkdowns, contractor control, and automatic generation of management reports.I personally define tasks, form calculation logic, develop solutions using AI, and test them on production data. In PPE control, it is important to see which worker needs to receive what protective equipment and when; in line walkdowns — to track the elimination of findings and changes in the results of follow-up inspections.I am developing a project for a unified OHS and Industrial Safety digital ecosystem with shared data loading and module interconnection. The next stage is predictive analytics: searching for early signals of risk growth, analyzing the relationship between violations, PPE provision, walkdown results, and incidents.My goal is to give managers more time and information to prevent hazards, make timely decisions, and preserve the life and health of workers.
How I help the community
I can share my experience in chemical production management, reconstruction of production facilities, occupational health and safety (OHS), and industrial safety.
I took part in the HSE DAYS training "Comprehensive competency development for implementing artificial intelligence in occupational safety". The program covered the architecture of AI solutions and prompt engineering, digital engineering of processes and systems, transformation strategy, and leadership.
I help identify processes where manual data collection and report preparation take up specialists' time, and translate such tasks into clear digital tools.
My practical areas of focus:
— developing prototypes using AI based on real production tasks;
— management dashboards and analyzing the dynamics of indicators;
— monitoring PPE issuance, contractors, inspections, and resolving issues;
— automating calculations and reporting preparation;
— integrating individual tools into a unified system.
I am ready to participate in setting tasks for predictive analytics: identifying significant production factors, verifying the quality of source data, and assessing how useful the identified patterns are for risk prevention.
My strong point is understanding how a solution will work at the enterprise: for a worker, a foreman, a shop manager, and the Head of OHS and Industrial Safety.
