For occupational safety to truly triumph, an accurate and impartial assessment of the leadership qualities of managers guarding production processes is essential. And to ensure this process doesn't turn into a routine, but rather becomes an exciting adventure, brilliant software has been developed! It's not just a program; it's a symphony of analytics, a waltz of sociometry, and the rock-and-roll of rapid results!

Imagine this: mathematical algorithms, like skilled conductors, process data and arrange it into perfect harmony! There is no longer a need to puzzle over complex calculations — the program itself will form the optimal composition of work crews based on objective criteria! The automated communicative compatibility assessment complex is a universal soldier, ready for battle in both administration and testing modes!

It is divided into three modules, like three acts of a captivating play: "Testing", "Analysis and Processing of Test Results", and finally, the climax — "Staffing the Optimal Shift/Crew Composition".

The first module is a true treasure trove of automated diagnostic methods. Here, you will encounter a methodology for identifying leadership qualities consisting of 128 evaluative statements.
