🛡️ Safety: HSE Induction Video — Sharing Our Experience

Our HSE induction video for the enterprises of the Downstream Division of UC RUSAL.

We designed it as a unified tool to explain universal safe behavior rules across the Division's production sites. We filmed, voiced, and edited the video entirely in-house.

The results:

• Efficiency: Improved the quality of inductions and reduced the time required to conduct them.

• Teamwork: Production colleagues took a very active part in the preparation.

• Versatility: Visually demonstrated potential hazards common to the entire Division.

• Customization: Watching the video is mandatory and supplemented by a briefing on site-specific risks and a Q&A session.

• Recognition: The material received excellent feedback and is widely used within the company.

• Flexibility: Since we created the content ourselves, we can update it independently at any time.

• Cost Savings: No special budget was required; the actual costs were 3,000 RUB.
