Assessment Process and Supporting Documents

The speaker shows by example that successfully passing the audit requires thorough preparation. It is not enough to simply declare compliance with the rules — every answer must be supported by up-to-date and working documents. These can be policies, reports, certificates (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), training records, and codes of ethics.

It is important that the documents reflect the real picture. Attempts to upload outdated or formal papers will not yield results, as Ecovadis experts conduct an independent and in-depth analysis of the provided information.

Results and Medals: An Indicator of Quality

Based on the assessment results, the company is awarded points and, upon reaching certain thresholds, medals: bronze, silver, gold, or platinum. The plant where the speaker works has twice received a gold medal, entering the top 5% of assessed companies. This is not only a reason for pride but also a powerful tool for demonstrating reliability to partners.
