5. What should be avoided? (Constraints)
Before: (didn't think about it)
Now: "Do not use cliché phrases like 'in today's dynamic world'."

6. Who is this for? (Audience)
Before: (didn't specify)
Now: "A memo for production workers, mostly men aged 40+."
