HSE Vacancy Open at Petropavlovsk Group

The Safety Culture and Integrated Management Systems Department (Management Company) of Petropavlovsk Group is looking for a Head of Competence Development, Motivation, and Communications in HSE.

Petropavlovsk Group is one of the largest mining and gold mining holding companies in Russia. The company continuously supports and develops a safety culture and implements best practices. This was confidently demonstrated on the project site by Ivan Drepin, Deputy Managing Director for HSE, who entered the TOP-10 leaders of the HSE TOP 100 rating.

Responsibilities:

• Development and launch of training programs, educational and methodological complexes according to corporate HSE standards and the development and improvement of safety culture, conducting training on corporate programs as a master trainer
• Needs assessment and formation of requests for mandatory training, as well as corporate training by internal HSE trainers
• Implementation of the process to create a community of internal HSE trainers and experts in the Company
• Development and launch of a training and motivation program for internal trainers jointly with the HR Directorate and Transformation Directorate
• Quality control of the methodological support for corporate training provided by the service contractor
• Ensuring control over compliance with the HSE training schedule in the companies of the Petropavlovsk Group
• Preparation and implementation of a personnel development program for the HSE function
• Development and launch of a mentoring and monitoring development program in HSE
• Development, implementation, and automation of projects and tools for developing safety culture in the companies of the Petropavlovsk Group in accordance with the level of safety culture development and a risk-oriented approach, analyzing the effectiveness of their implementation in the Group's Companies
• Development and launch of risk-oriented HSE campaigns to reduce injuries and promote a culture of safe behavior
• Organization of HSE Committees as a Secretary at the management company level
• Development, implementation, and effectiveness control of the non-material motivation program in Petropavlovsk Group, aimed at involving employees in HSE issues through participation in competitive nominations
• Development of programs to increase the company's social responsibility ratings in occupational health and industrial safety in the regions of the Company's presence
• Coordinating the corporate social responsibility program "Health, Safety and Environment for Children and Adolescents" and conducting seminars for employees' children and schoolchildren in the regions of the Company's presence
• Preparation and holding of events in the field of safety culture development (conferences, campaigns, forums, sessions)
• Creation and publication of articles in the weekly newsletter, monthly corporate newspaper, and social networks, publications in specialized magazines
• Preparation of presentations for the HSE team at industry events
• Support and control of the implementation of the projects "Behavioral Safety Audits", "Personal Commitments of the Leader in HSE, Occupational Health, and Road Safety"
