Implementing this policy would be impossible without an effective communication system. Building such a system, which allows for the timely provision of clear, honest, and consistent safety information outside of official paperwork and regardless of the reporting structure, is one of the key tasks in implementing the HSE policy.
One solution to this task was moving communications, like many other areas of activity, to a digital resource. We have organized and implemented the ability to ask a question or make a request to the HSE department from any modern communication device capable of scanning a QR code. A response to the inquiry is sent back within one business day. This approach has become a new opportunity for interaction and obtaining HSE information for both company employees and contractors, while maintaining confidentiality remains a crucial factor for close engagement.
Improving employee knowledge, ensuring confidence in correct actions during work, the ability to receive "unfiltered" information through cross-functional interaction from the primary source, and timely responses from departments to eliminate workplace hazards are the main benefits of this project. In the context of the rapid development of information exchange using modern technologies and the digitalization of relationships, this tool is undoubtedly attractive to young employees, and we are confident in the long-term potential of this approach!
