Dear colleagues, I am sharing an overview of our HSE risk management system at OMK.
The attached file briefly describes all stages: from setting the initial task and methodology to real cases of reducing fatal risks and automation tools.
Features of the implemented approach:
- Combines the best: we analyzed the practical experience of OMK enterprises, studied and took into account the best practices of domestic and foreign companies.
- Created collectively: born in discussions and heated debates as a result of the work of a large team of managers and specialists.
- Wide applicability: allows for both an "express analysis" of obvious risks and a "deep dive" into established work practices and the specifics of work operations.
- Focus on results: ensures real prevention of industrial injuries and accidents along with "paper" compliance with legislation, requirements of ISO 45001 auditors, and regulatory bodies.
