Over 15 years of experience in successfully implementing projects to improve operational efficiency at EVRAZ, SIBUR, Schlumberger, and Surgutneftegas, with total economic impact of 0.1 to 5 billion rubles/year. Experience in implementing and certifying integrated management systems. Certified ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, 29001 auditor, audited over 100 companies in Russia and Europe. Presidential award recipient, finalist of "Leaders of Russia 2020".
