Practice: From Dialogue to Monologue

During the webinar, participants worked on a practical task — to compose a motivating speech (monologue) in 60 seconds for an employee violating safety requirements. Using this exercise as an example, the speaker shows how difficult it is for specialists to step outside the usual format of a behavioral audit (dialogue) and adapt to a new task.

The main insight of the practical part: a new-age leader must be able to accurately perform the assigned task, transforming their past experience to fit new conditions, rather than simply relying on memorized templates.
