Recruitment specialists are noticing how much employee expectations for their future workplace are changing. This is especially evident with young specialists – Gen Z. For them, not only comfortable working conditions are important, but also how much a company uses technology to simplify processes. Automation has become a true "marker of modernity."

Due to the labor shortage in the market, our company uses the advantages of HSE technology as additional tools to attract highly qualified employees.

This has reduced the candidate drop-off rate during the interaction, selection, screening, and pre-employment medical check stages by organizing an optimal hiring process.
