The corporate healthcare system at ALROSA is a well-established mechanism. Health centers operate at all of the Company's production facilities, and cooperation has been established with medical institutions located near the enterprises. The Company complies with legal requirements and provides all employees with insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases.

Often, it is possible to provide assistance to an employee at the early stage of a disease exacerbation, which has reduced the number of hospitalizations by an average of 50-55% compared to the previous period.

Preliminary and periodic medical examinations are provided for employees engaged in heavy work and work with harmful and hazardous working conditions. In 2024, the Company introduced a regulation for periodic medical examinations, stipulating that their duration must not exceed two days. For this purpose, the ALROSA Medical Center has organized an electronic appointment system and extended the laboratory's operating hours.

The coverage of periodic medical examinations is 98% due to same-day completion.

To reduce the time required for pre-shift medical examinations, ALROSA installed Electronic Medical Service System (ESMO) terminals, which increased the throughput capacity of the health centers.

In total, about 100 ESMO terminals have been installed across the Company, reducing the time for medical check-ups from 15 to 10 minutes and freeing up medical staff.

In the reporting year, the key tasks in the field of occupational disease prevention were reducing the impact of harmful workplace factors identified during the special assessment of working conditions (SAWC) and implementing action plans to improve working conditions.

Based on the results of 2024, the main harmful factors in the workplace are noise, infrasound, vibration exposure, workspace lighting, the physical severity of the work process, and exposure to chemicals. A total of 38 cases of occupational diseases were registered at ALROSA enterprises in 2024, which is 5 fewer than in the previous period. The most common pathologies are related to the hearing and respiratory organs. Various PPE, including respiratory and hearing protection, are tested on an ongoing basis.

To maintain a culture of a healthy lifestyle, the Company launched the "ALROSA Territory of Well-being" project, which builds healthy habits in a gamified and competitive format. "Health Days" and employee medical screenings are held directly at the workplaces. Online psychological support and a motivation-point system for organizing health resort treatments for employees are also available.
