About me
I develop processes and people! In my work, I pay a lot of attention to process automation, analytics, people development, and team building. Since 1993, I worked in professional education and event management. Since 2011, human resource management at production facilities (Rosatom, United Shipbuilding Corporation). Since 2022, developing the occupational health and industrial safety management system. I am passionate about the history of personnel training in production (author of the book "Worker Training in Production in the USSR").
