- Next-level hard skills. Integration of Lean methodology and the use of artificial intelligence for analytics, forecasting, and risk assessment.

Customer focus towards internal clients and inclusivity (adapting workplaces for different categories of employees, including people with PTSD) are becoming critical success factors.
